Our Sales Representative Program is a
partnership created by EveryBuilder with the Liberian people.
The partnership empowers Liberians to become entrepreneurs and
to participate in the growth of EveryBuilder. The program
rewards participants with 25% of earnings generated.
The program is very simple. You find a
customer for EveryBuilder and EveryBuilder pays you every month
for as long as the customer continues the subscription plan
service with EveryBuilder.
EveryBuilder has three plans in its
Subscription Service.
EVERYBUILDER® REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM
TERMS & CONDITION
About EveryBuilder LLC Inc:
EveryBuilder LLC Inc is a company domicile
in the Monrovia, Montserrado County, Republic of Liberia. The
company is a web focused information and communications company
and a public relations firm. The company has offices in the
United States and Liberia and within a partnership with
affiliate companies use the Registered Trademark “EveryBuilder
®”.
EveryBuilder® Referral Rewards Program:
The EveryBuilder® Referral Rewards Program
(the "Program") is a loyalty program sponsored by EveryBuilder®
through which individuals (the “Sales Rep” or “Sales
Representative”) can earn 25% on all sales generated from
referring customers to EveryBuilder (“Referral”) . The Program
is based on Referrals on Subscription Services. Sales
representations are contractors of EveryBuilder.
EveryBuilder reserves the right to alter
or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
1.
Costs. Whereas the Program is free to enter, there
are some costs attributed. EveryBuilder charges Sales Reps fees
such as but not limited to printing and processing of payment.
All Fee information will be provided through email or at offices
of EveryBuilder. EveryBuilder reserves the right to change costs
of fees at any time without notice. Only processing fees may be
deducted from initial payment to Sales Reps. Sales Reps are
responsible to pay initial fees to participate in the Program.
2.
Commission. For each new Referral, the Sales Rep
gets paid a set-priced commission. When a Sales Rep refers a
customer to EveryBuilder and the customer subscribes to a
service, EveryBuilder pays the Sales Rep 25% of the sale: $5.00
USD when the customer selects the individual subscription plan,
and $10.00 USD for the professional subscription plan, and
$15.00 USD for the small business subscription plan. As long as
the Referral continues to consecutively pay the subscription
fees of the chosen plan, EveryBuilder will pay the Sales Rep
each and every month.
3.
Payment. Payment will be made in cash, Western
Union, MoneyGram, Wire Transfer, EcoBank RapidTransfer, Bank
Deposit, EveryBuilder Cash Certificate or debit card.
EveryBuilder reserves the right to choose payment method. Sales
Rep will be responsible for all fees attributed to payment made
by in cash, Western Union, MoneyGram, Wire Transfer, EcoBank
RapidTransfer, Bank Deposit, EveryBuilder Cash Certificate or
processing and using debit card.
EveryBuilder reserves the
right to make payment in any method but Sales Reps may suggest a
preference of payment.
Sales Rep will
receive a monthly payment from EveryBuilder for as long as
Referral maintains subscription service with EveryBuilder.
Generally
EveryBuilder will pay the Sales Rep immediately upon receipt of
payment however EveryBuilder reserves the right to make payment
within thirty (30) days of receiving payment from Referral.
4.
Payment Currency. EveryBuilder reserves the right
to make payments in US Dollars or Liberian Dollars. When making
payment in Liberian Dollar, it shall be equivalent to the
current rate of the day set forth at Central Bank of Liberia.
Eligibility:
1.
Liberia Only. The Program is only opened
and available to residents of Liberia who are eighteen (18)
years of age or older and are registered representative,
partners, agents, and consultants of EveryBuilder.
2.
Registration. To become a Sales Representative,
individuals must submit their full name, phone number, date of
birth, email address, home address, and passport sized photo.
Residents in Liberia must complete a registration form at
http://www.everybuildersoftware.com or registration
information may be submitted by email to
referral@everybuilder.net
3.
Account Number. Upon receiving the information,
EveryBuilder will create your Sales Rep Account Number which is
your email address and phone number, and provide you with a
password to check your Referral online.
4.
Verification. Sales Reps will be required to email
EveryBuilder from their registered email address with
EveryBuilder the following information of their Referrals: the
Company Name, Contact Person, Date You Referred Customer, and
Company Phone Number. This must be completed within 5 days after
customer contacts EveryBuilder. If the steps are not taken, the
Referral will be disqualified and the Sales Rep will not receive
payment for the referral. In our verification process,
Referrals must indicate participants account number, which is
Sales Rep’s registered email address and phone number with
EveryBuilder.
5.
Type of Referral. All referrals must be new
customers of EveryBuilder.
Participating in the Program:
Participation in the Program constitutes
the Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these
Terms and Conditions.

GUIDELINES IF NEW CUSTOMER IS REFERRED
TO EVERYBUILDER:
1.
The Referral must submit a ticket to New Customer
Department with the following information: Sales Rep’s
registered email address and phone number. To submit a ticket,
Referral will email support@everybuilder.net, within 15 days of
being referred. Note: Due to EveryBuilder’s privacy policy,
EveryBuilder cannot provide information to the participant
regarding the status of the referral account (e.g., whether an
invoice has been paid).

EveryBuilder reserves the right to require proof,
including, but not limited to, a receipt, that EveryBuilder
service was provided in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions.
Modifications and Termination of the
Program:
1.
EveryBuilder reserves the right to modify any of the
terms and conditions set forth herein - including, but not
limited to, the methods through which Sales Reps may earn
rewards and the amount of rewards that can be earned by
referring customers - at any time, with or without notice, even
though these changes may affect a Sales Rep’s ability to receive
a reward.
2.
A participant’s participation in the Program constitutes
the participant’s acceptance of any changes to these Terms and
Conditions. Sales Reps are responsible for remaining
knowledgeable as to any changes that EveryBuilder may make to
these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these
Terms and Conditions will be available at
everybuildersoftware.com and will supersede all previous
versions of these Terms and Conditions.
Limitations of Liability:
1.
By participating in the Program, Sales Rep acknowledges
that technical processing and transmission of information on the
EveryBuilder Web site may involve transmissions over various
networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical
requirements of connecting networks or devices. EveryBuilder is
not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription
of information; (b) problems related to any of the equipment or
programming associated with the Program or utilized by the
Participant; (c) any human error or printing error; (d) any
interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any
telephone network or electronic transmission; (e) problems
relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access
the EveryBuilder Web site; or (f) any other technical or
non-technical error or malfunction.
2.
By participating in the Program, each Sales Rep accepts
all responsibility for, and hereby indemnifies and holds
harmless EveryBuilder, each of its related companies, and each
such company's respective officers, directors, employees,
shareholders, agents, and successors, and assigns (the “Released
Parties”), from and against any claims that may arise from
actions taken by such Participant.
3.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
NEGLIGENCE, SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING
OUT OF THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE RELEASED PARTIES
HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME
JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SUCH EXCLUSIONS
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF A PARTICIPANT PROVES THAT EVERYBUILDER
HAS IMPROPERLY DENIED THAT PARTICIPANT ANY PAYMENT, LIABILITY
WILL BE LIMITED TO THE EQUIVALENT AMOUNT OF PAYMENT. BY
PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, A PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL
RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO SUCH MATTERS IN
ANY FORUM BEYOND ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE
KIND OF ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM
OR ACTION IS BASED.
4.
Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (a) any
and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or
connected with the Program shall be resolved individually
without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by
arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Law of
Republic of Liberia; (b) any and all claims, judgments and
awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (i.e.,only
costs associated with participating in the Program), but shall
not include attorneys' fees under any circumstances; and (c)
Member hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental,
and consequential damages.
5.
Arbitration award shall not be rendered in the form of
real property. Real property of either party shall be excluded
from arbitration award. Arbitration award shall only be rendered
in cash and there is not be any interest accrued on cash due to
default or late payment. Either party shall not be required to
pay an arbitration award from earnings or sale from its Real
Property.
6.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found
to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent
jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder
of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in
full force and effect.
